This customer had water damage that affected their ceiling drywall. We repaired the damaged area and finished it with a clean paint job to fully restore their ceiling.

Railing Restoration

This project involved restoring a fire damaged deck that featured aging, rotted and high maintenance wood railings. The customer explained how they wanted a safe,  updated look. 

We got to work removing the old railings and replaced all damaged deck boards, And replaced the railings with an aluminum railing system. The result is a safe low maintenance, updated look.

Exterior Trim

This existing exterior trim was rotted and weathered and was in need of replacing. We got to work removing the damaged sections, replacing them with new trim and properly prepared for a fresh coat of paint. The finished result gives this exterior a clean, refreshed look that will hold up against the elements.

Landscape Transformation

This project was a complete refresh of the landscaping under and around the deck. The area was overgrown with uneven mulch, and in overall rough shape taking away from the deck and the home. We removed all the old mulch, rock boarder, unwanted growth and carefully worked around the existing plants.

We then installed a brand new boarder with a fresh layer of decorative stone creating a cleaner and more finished look while giving the area a low maintenance surface. This finished result completely transformed the space complementing the beautiful home and deck once again.
